This is a list of the Neutral & Mercenary cards in the Oath and Anvil expansion:
-Action: Destroy 1 card in your hand to either draw 1 card or remove 2 damage from another player's Home Realm.
-Action: Choose another player to claim this card as a Reward which reads:
"Resolution: When defending in combat, destroy this card to add 3 to your total strength."
-Action: Deal 1 damage to each other player's Home Realm. Then draw 1 card.
-Action: Destroy 1 card in your hand. You may then steal 1 power from a player with more power than you.
-Action: Claim this card as a Reward and place it under 1 landmark you control to add 3 to that landmark's auto-defense bonus. (If you lose control of the landmark, destroy this card.)
-Action: Destroy this card to choose and secure either 1 player-controlled landmark or 1 landmark from the central play area.
-Action: Reveal the top 2 cards of any player's deck. Discard 1 of those cards and return the other to the top of the deck. Then, you may draw 1 card.
Promise of Riches
-When you acquire this card, claim it as a Reward which reads:
"Destroy this card during a Spend Gold action to reduce the cost of 1 of your unit cards by 1."
-Resolution: Discard this unit to play a unit from your hand into this combat. Do not trigger that unit's When Played ability.
-Action: Destroy this card to make each other player discard 2 cards from his hand. You decide whether those players all discard randomly or all choose and discard.
-When you acquire this card, place it in another player's discard pile. Action: Destroy a stronghold you control to destroy this card.
-When Played: Destroy 1 participating unit (friendly or opposing) with strength 2 or lower to draw 1 card.
-When Played: Discard 1 other friendly unit from this combat to allow "Chaos Beast" to immediately use that unit's When Played ability.
-(Play during combat) When Played: The next opposing unit played into this combat is destroyed and cannot use its When Played ability.
-End of Combat: If you did not win this combat, return this unit to the top of your deck.
-Action: Destroy this card to draw 3 cards. You may retain cards in your hand at the end of this turn without spending influence.
