I just played King of Tokyo on Saturday with my wife and another couple, and we had a great time with it. However, the wives both thought the monster art work was somewhat unpleasant. No accounting for taste, right?

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had created replacement art for the characters? I was thinking of something somewhat girly or cute.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Hmmm... Hello Kitty & Doraemon destroy Tokyo could be funny. Though I don't have any templates. Monster replacements should be fairly easy. Just use figures.

I saw three, Wil Wheaton, Felicia Day, and some weird circular thing. None were what I was looking for. Did I miss one?

Did you look at King of Tokyo: Le Geek (fan promo character) and King of Tokyo: Pouic Monster (promo character)?

Just use whatever you have at hand for a cute monster token (Giant Hello Kitty for instance, or LEGO figures), and record hitpoints and victory points with pen & paper.
