So in general I agree with most of peoples picks, but not all. (And account siphon losing is just silly. Its a game-defining card).
Again, this is for core +4 expansions only.
Best runner Icebreaker:
Basically a tossup between:
And its super close between those top 3 actually. I believe you can make a realistic case for any of the top 3 being best. I might say Crypsis is first among equals here. Having access to crypsis when they are trying to score an agenda is IMPORTANT. Femme almost does the same thing, it gets through any one ice. Corroder is just so efficient at getting you through and is excellent in all decks.
Best runner non-icebreaker Program:
Best runner Event:
Best runner Hardware:
Best runner Resource:
Best runner Identity:
Best runner card overall: Account Siphon.
(Though maybe it should be Noise?)
Best Corp asset:
Melange Mining Corp (though not as strongly as it was in core)
Best Corp Upgrade:
SanSan City Grid
Best Corp Operation:
Scorched Earth/Trick of Light tossup
Best Corp Identity:
HB (original) By a massive, massive margin.
Best Corp Ice:
Best corp card overall:
Astroscript or HB identity.
Solid choices. I'm not a fan of trick of light though. Scorched earth is just so amazing.
Best corp Ice: Ice wall. Agreed. I couldn't believe it didn't make it to the ice finals. Perhaps that's just our bias in the Pacific NW meta though.
I agree with almost everything here.
I'll go ahead and say Crypsis of the icebreakers, Femme would run away with it if it were cheaper (for example 5 credits like Crypsis) but so would toolbox if it cost the same as Desperado. Crypsis changes the way you build a deck and how you play the game, not to mention how the corp plays their game. I'm a late comer to the power of this card but once I saw how effective it was in decks other than anarch I became a firm believer. I can't say Corroder because while it is the best, you can make due without, same with Femme, whereas I can't see the top calliber players making due without Crypsis.
Medium would be my second choice for non-icebreaker program, it's a powerful tool in any deck's arsenal of how to pressure servers, but it's not Magnum Opus. Shaper's are the weakest of the runners right now but they manage to stay competitive on the back of 2 cards. Magnum Opus and Personal Workshop. And in a shaper deck Personal Workshop still needs a Magnum Opus to compete. I consider this the most powerful card at a runner's disposal right now. There's a reason shaper decks are built around getting this out turn 1 no matter what. It's as game defining for any shaper as Noise's mill is, Account Syphon much like medium, is an incredibly powerful tool. But in the end that's what it is.
I would rank Noise #2 since it's a constant effect you can't remove from the game under any circumstance, then Account Syphon #3
I wouldn't change a thing on the Corp side, I would put Scorched Earth slightly ahead of Trick of Light only because there are other cards that can do what Trick of Light can do, although not as well. But there is nothing that can build a deck winning condition all on it's own like Scorched Earth.
I'd also have to give a slight nod to HB's identity only because you have it's constant effect all game. Something it's very hard to reliably obtain as a corp.

I didn't notice this tournament, was influence cost supposed to be factored into the card strength? If not, I'd rate Adonis above Melange.
I'd put Noise as the strongest card. Account siphon is scary but it has counterplay which you can afford some of the time at least.
I'd put Hedge fund as the best operation.(if plain economy cards were legal picks, because it kinda makes it a no-brainer)
Cyberfeeder is a strong contender to Desperado. Not sure between those too.
Project Atlas is a strong contender to AstroScript as well.
Agree with the rest.

I'd take Grimoire over Desperado.
