Though I´d bought this a couple of months ago, I´d never got around to actually play it and did not remember the rules.

www.BrettspielWelt.de offers players the possibility to watch and play this (and lots of other) game(s) and when I spotted Transamerica I figured I´d watch. I was greeted promptly by the players who were getting ready to play and stated that I was just going to be minding my own business and watch, but one of the players decided that I should learn by doing straight away, which turned out not only very easy but also quite enjoyable. The simple gameplay is better explained elsewhere by others, suffice to say that it really is a no-brainer when someone explains it while you face the board.

The players involved in that game were really very helpful and patient - I´ll certainly be playing there again.

One last note about the interface of BSW : It´s not bad at all except for the city names which are displayed in a manner which is not exactly perfect, covering part of the tracks - sometimes track-colour or track status is difficult to see. For the rest, it´s hard to do something wrong.

Enjoyable no brainer.
