Can you be a bit more specific about where the error is? I'm not seeing it (looking at the online pdf).
Movement goes by letter on the movement card first, then priority order in case of ties (which happens a lot, especially early in the game).
I'm sorry my bad. Above I used the term initiative when I should have been using the term Priority.
Page 16 of the rulebook says
The teams are presented here in Priority Number order. Remember that in addition to
the advantages described below, the teams with better Priority Numbers will always
act first when settling ties for turn order; a notable advantage on its own!
This means that the characters should have been listed via their priority numbers ie
1: THE EMPEROR
2: THE DaVINCI
3: THE SPHINX
4: THE ROSE & THORN
5: THE SKY CASTLE
6: KINGS OVER ACES
7: THE GODFATHER
However on pages 17 and 18 KINGS OVER ACES is actually listed before THE SKY CASTLE. It's a bit hard to see their numbers in the online PDF so if you look at the following image you'll see that THE SKY CASTLE is indeed Priority 5 and you'll have to take my word that KINGS OVER ACES is Priority 6.
This alone is not that big of an error however last time I was teaching the game I was THE SKY CASTLE and another player was KINGS OVER ACES. I made the statement that. "Of the players here I have the worst Priority" which I said based on having read the rulebook. It was actually the KINGS OVER ACES player who was A. Vigilant and B. Honest who pointed out that his Priority was actually worse than mine which is when I realized the rulebook had switched them.
