BGG is a fantatic resource, we all know that, but I find it frustrating when I go to a game in the database and find that there's no picture of it.

I think that the BGG games-submission rules should be extended to include this: "Users submitting a new game must include at least one illustrative picture".

This might also make it easier for Admin to verify the validity of new submissions.

In the meantime, I would urge all Users to stop taking pictures of cats eating meeples on Settles boards made of rice cakes, and try to fill in those picture-gaps for other games already in the database.

I agree, and for the reasons you give, but for the fact that I want to put pictures on the game submission when I do submit them.
