You can get transparent markers here:

They can be used to mark buildings on player boards with Attika or as replacements for Vino.

Hm. I've heard Greece has some of the world's strictest anti-gambling laws, so I suspect the term might be unfamiliar to you - but I've seen small clear-coloured plastic discs all my life - they're commonly called "Bingo Chips". Also, based on a children's dexterity game that uses them, they're also commonly called "Tiddly Winks".
