Sometimes it is interesting to note those unique matches against Keldon's wonderful AI where your winning tableau seems impossibly small. Of course, it didn't hurt that it was ultimately a low-scoring affair. I pursued a fairly typical produce/consume blitz, where the cards I received in hand upon consume from Gene Designers were usually just enough to additionally consume for Prestige on Pan-Galactic Security Council.

Has anybody handed Keldon a loss, under similar setup conditions, with a 4-card, or dare I even suggest, a 3-card tableau?

Well, one can often cheat out a victory with nothing but Earth's Lost Colony + Alien Toy Shop, but in a 3-player with goals it might be tougher.

One of my favorite ever tableaus. It's 3 cards, but could have easily been 2 if the player sacrificed Doomed World for PGSC.

Yeah, ELC+ATS is usually an easy 2-card win against the AI (in 2pa). Or vice-versa (the AI's creator got beaten by the AI when it played that combo against him, soon after training it with the ATS expansion.)

My win rate was about 37.5% in 4p games. 55% in 2pa games.... at least for 2011

That will probably only work if you exclude goals, prestige, and play strictly 2p advanced such that you can produce/consume each turn.

I guess I just made a "personal best" small Tableau win. And it could have probably been only a 3-card tableau, as I didn't really need or benefit that much from Interstellar Bank.
