Maybe you need to rotate one?

There are more than one of these, IIRC. Not sure about base set vs. expansions, though.

I will confirm that if it's the one that you absolutely must have, then your opponent will draw all of them! laugh

I believe that the Ark has a tile that doesn't exist in normal Carcassonne, I believe. It has a city in it, and THREE roads coming out of it.

There are 3 tiles that have this edge configuration in the base game:

 

But you're right: the field containing the city in the base game tile is continuous, while Ark's is split, because the road makes contact with the city, so these are different tiles.

Note that though the same can be be said of its sister (5th row up, second from the left)

 

that tile (its mirror image, actually) does exist in the Traders and Builders expansion:
