I played it back in the late 70's early 80's.

The field was about 2ft by 4ft or so and checker board layout.

the football player pieces were round. Offense and defense had 3 moves each.

Anyone play this?

"All-Pro Football" I seem to remember plays that way, there was a plastic football you placed on the round piece that had the ball and players alternated taking 3 moves.

This doesn't come from the right time period. But this is what came to mind.

Mr Crawford is correct, the game must be All-Pro Football, though it dates from the late 60s.

The passing rules seem silly, but otherwise it might be a good (if abstract) scrimmage game.

good try Boothe, not even close.

Mr Crawford, good job! Thanks for passing along the name. Have you ever played it?

I played it when I was a kid and thought it was pretty neat to play.
