On my homepage there's an ebay section, but it's American ebay and I was wondering if it could be changed to Ebay UK?

I don't think there is an option for users to set this. It also shows up when trying to add ebay auctions to a game. US is the default. You can add ebay auctions from outside US, but you have to know ebay address for the game and do them one at a time.

LOL - Maybe in the infamous "new design."
