It was 7AM when the citizens of Megalopolis first heard the chilling words. "Attention sheep. Your city is now in the hands of Citizens of the Sun. We are your rightful overlords."

Every speaker blared with the words of Citizen Dawn. "Our rule will be kind. If you do not resist, you'll be treated fairly. Return to your homes."

The message repeated, incessantly, endlessly.

Citizen Dawn marched down the very center of Main Street, flanked by Citizen Tears, Citizen Spring and Citizen Hammer when...


OK, I've pulled a base game villain and a base game environment at random (thanks to the iPad Sentinels app), and we've got Citizen Dawn and Megalopolis. I pulled Citizen Tears, Citizen Spring and Citizen Hammer, in that order to start.

I'll let our four players pick their heroes. I random rolled, and the pick order will be:

AzureiX
MacMog
Khedron
ColtsFan76

This will also be the seating order. Base game only for now, please.

We're going to try this game with secret hands, and I'll be drawing each card and sending it to you.

I've created a couple of Google spreadsheets to keep track of stuff. Because hands are secret, I'll be keeping the hero spreadsheets private for now, but the hitpoint tracker, villain deck and environment deck will be published at:

I am out the rest of the day for our board game association's monthly Saturday meet-up. So if something needs to be modified on these (and to add our 4th), I'll do it when I get back or tomorrow.

Hmmm. Based on the characters already chosen, but not knowing the villain or environment, I picked The Visionary. Now that I know the villain, I suspect that my second choice, Haka, would have come in handy with his Savage Mana. Maybe I'll play the What If? version with my friends or solo, offline.
