I took out my copy of MSU, intending to take it to a game day over the weekend, only to find to my considerable surprise that I was missing the rulebook.

Now the game is simple enough that I could probably wing it if I had to, but I'm wondering if anyone knows a place where I could download or print out the rules (I have all the other pieces of the core set).

Just do it, like I did it:
1. Click on the game name
2. click on "atlas games" (publisher)
3. click on website: http://www.atlas-games.com
4. click on product info
5. click on mad scientist university
6. click left on the game cover
7. read, read, read (17 lines)
8. ...
