Publisher Speed Dating - GenCon 2013
https://www.facebook.com/events/128530094007784/

Game designers will get 5 minutes in front of several Publishers to give an elevator pitch about their game in hopes that the Publisher might arrange a full playtest with them later. TICKETS ARE REQUIRED. Card, Board, Dice, Minis games...

GenCon will not allow us to do our own signup by renting us the entire room, so we will have to sell tickets from the GenCon website. The way I plan to attack this, is to only let those who are invited know when GenCon opens the registration for it and thus, it should fill up quickly with just the people who are invited. I will give warning.

How do you get an invite? Well you follow the rules and instructions. The first thing you need to do (and you got a week or two to do so - no rush) is fill out this survey with your contact info and your game's information.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SpeedDate

Once I have collected the applications, I'll process them and attempt to do some manual scheduling to optimize everyone's time at the event. I will then send out emails to the people we accepted with information on how to register at GenCon. I know we can take 40 people, but I hope to squeeze in 50 - yet we have over 60 that want to attend. So I'm sorry if I have to weed out some games that just don't fit the 21 publishers that have agreed to show.

You can email any of your sales sheets to me at webmaster@miniongames.com

Thanks,
James Mathe
