This information is taken from the German Blue Moon Fansite:

As it seems, there will be an english version of Blue Moon City published by Fantasy Flight Games being released in summer. See at http://www.gamingreport.com/article.php?sid=20280

Fantasy Flight has now posted this game as "in development" with a late spring release date.

I know it was on there last week, but Fantasy Flight seems to have removed Blue Moon City from their product development page.

So it seems. That and the Great Wall game, also by RK.

But they do favor their own home grown games on their site.

It appears as if they are both still in development by FFG (as of yesterday's FFG rant).

Particularly encouraging to see also is a new expansion for Knizia's cooperative Lord of the Rings game....
