I’ve heard that Coolminiornot is an example of companies that partner with hopeful game designers to make the best of their Kickstarter campaign. This intrigued me, as I am one of those hopefuls and would at least be willing to consider the benefits of such an alliance.

I don’t know how it works though, or how to go about contacting them about it. Are there similar companies that do this sort of thing? And does anyone know what the specifics of such an agreement are, such as Kickstarter only or some kind of long binding contract?

I've never seen a game by them that isn't by well established design teams, so I'm not sure how or if they would accept anything from an unpublished designer.

But step one would be going to their site.

Ah thanks, I didn't realize that was the case. I assumed they were new.
