You do know that you can buy a copy of Reef Encounter NEW for about $40, right? With better graphics than the R&D edition and easier to understand rules...
He might be offering too much, but the whole 'Better graphics' part is pretty debatable. I for one like the old components better.
The new rulebook is nothing to write home about either. I've seen worse rulebooks out there, but I'd not put Z-Man Reef Encounter rules in the top half. I've ever seen wargamers that had trouble understanding the rules. Wacky terminology, I guess.
