Mega Man is a platforming title published by U.S. Gold for the Game Gear. The game takes elements from various Mega Man games and combines them into a single adventure.

Mega Man retains the abilities he has acquired in Mega Man 2 to Mega Man 5, including the ability to charge shots, dash slide, and deploy the Rush Coil adaptor. The game plot is built around that of Mega Man 4 – Mega Man needs to stop Dr. Cossack after he unleashes a number of dangerous robots to wreak havoc around the world. There are only 6 Robot Masters in the game, and they are taken from Mega Man 4 and 5. They include:

- Star Man
- Bright Man
- Napalm Man
- Stone Man
- Toad Man (Dr. Cossack’s castle)
- Wave Man (Dr. Cossack’s castle)
