Årets Spel 
Årets spel (Game of the Year) is a Swedish gaming industry award. From 1984 to 2002 it was given to the best family game and best children's game, except 1991 when no children's game was awarded. From 2003 and onward a award has also been given to best adult game.
It has a symbol of a golden die, and the award is called "the golden die". The jury is selected by the toy shops association in Sweden (Leksakshandlarnas riksförbund). The physical award object is a huge wooden die (approx. 12x3 cm; 4.7x1.18 in) with goldish pips, mounted on a wooden block.
