All Outta Bubblegum [RPG Link]
Each player begins with eight pieces of bubblegum, which is the sole character statistic. The more pieces a character has, the better they are at non-combative challenges; the fewer pieces they have, the better they are at combat. Bubblegum is gradually lost by failing challenges.
Aside from the bubblegum mechanism, the rules advise readers to "Think up your own damn adventures and campaign settings".
The title is an allusion to a famous line in John Carpenter's They Live: "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum."
